Grief is a strange thing, as it never really leaves you once you have experienced it. You can sometimes go days, weeks even months without really feeling it up close and personal, and then suddenly a certain song, picture, smell, or word will being it all back.

So why did I write the words next to the letters?

The reason I have put gratitude down for the beginning of Grief is that I do feel grateful for feeling this emotion as I feel grateful to have loved and know someone that meant that much to me that I will never really forget them, I am grateful for the time spent with the, grateful for the lessons learnt, good & bad, grateful to be able to celebrate their lives.

Return - well I believe that they return to whence they came, to start a new journey onto a road of enlightenment, their physical bodies Return to the Earth once more, Return to Ghia  - Mother Nature. To start the process of rebirth

In Spirit, in the work that I do I know that they are they with us In Spirit, they still see us, hear us and communicate with us. It is just us the ones left behind in the Earthly Realm that miss their closeness, their actual physical presence. They no-longer want for anything, they no-longer have any time constrains, no barriers, no need to be anywhere or do anything as they now sit in Divine Love

Emotions -   We go through so many emotions when we experience Grief, everyone will go through their own in their own time, and no two people will be the same. No-one is wrong in what they are feeling or for how long they are feeling it for, it is right for you.

Let yourself experience them all, embrace them, learn with them, move through them.

Listen to your heart, soul and let the Divine Love Flow

Forever – A hard work to hear in the time of Grief. As they are gone forever as we knew them, there is no coming back, not physically anyway. They will always live in our Hearts, Minds, in our memories and in our Soul, and in our DNA.

Grief = Gratitude = Return = In Spirit = Emotions = Forever
